1. 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If our audit platform does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of your first subscription payment
  • You must contact us via email at support@onhirely.com
  • Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon refund approval
  • You will retain access to the Trial (free) plan features after the refund

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account and audit data are preserved according to our Privacy Policy

5. After the 14-Day Window

Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee period are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund or credit depending on the circumstances. Contact support@onhirely.com to discuss your situation.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
